Lamar Jackson Announces He Has Requested a Trade

Lamar Jackson one of the most the talented quarterbacks to step on the field, has requested a trade from Baltimore Ravens. This news doesn’t come as a surprise as the two sides haven’t been on the same page in contract negotiations going back to last season. Jackson has been placed under the non-exclusive franchise tag, which has totaled his value with the Ravens at $32 million.

The 2019 NFL MVP, Lamar Jackson has been with the Ravens since he was drafted in the first round of the 2018 NFL draft. During his time with the team, he has set numerous records and has led the Ravens to three playoff appearances. He is known for his extraordinary running ability, as well as his strong arm and nice precision passing.

Lamar took to his twitter to reveal the news today March 27, which he revealed the team won’t match his value. Many believe that the Ravens should do everything in their power to keep Jackson, as he is one of the most talented quarterbacks in the league and has the potential to lead the team to a championship.
