Over the years, Obama and Biden have cultivated a partnership, leveraging Biden's connections on Capitol Hill to successfully advance pivotal Obama-era legislation, such as the Affordable Care Act. As the general election gains momentum, his involvement with the Biden campaign is anticipated to increase significantly.
