Sharmaine “Nuenuee’ Johnson is a freelance writer, media correspondent, and future podcast host located in Los Angeles, California. Sharmaine received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University and her Master's degree In Nonprofit Leadership and management from Walden University. In 2017, during her transition from student to professional, Sharmaine began to share her passion for music, pop culture, health, wellness, giving back, and sharing positive stories with the world through blogging and media.
In 2018, she was recruited to contribute her positive content and interviewing skills to a local media outlet called Pretty Hustlaz and fell in love with the field. In 2019, she decided to take building her media resume more seriously and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. With no media company behind her, she created her platform called The Nuesstand which circulates positive purposeful content for people who are creating and maintaining a positive healthy lifestyle.
Over the last 5 years as a media personality, she has covered Art Basel Miami, the NAACP Awards, and the Daytime Emmys. She has interviewed A-list talents such as Tabitha Brown, Crystal Renee, Chrisean Rock, and BIA. Currently, she is a contributing writer at Blavity’s 21Ninety and Senior editor here at 247LC. Sharmaine's biggest goal is to combine her love for media and philanthropy by bringing more press that highlights the positive news and changes that are taking place within pop culture and our community.

Adonis Armstrong is a 30x award winning filmmaker from Jackson, MS. He is a former football star where he graduated from East Carolina University. Adonis spent some time in the summer with the Cleveland Browns in camp ’14. After being cut by the Browns he signed a deal with the Sioux Falls Storm in the Indoor Football League in ’15 which led him to winning his first Championship. After the Championship Adonis shifted his career and begin to be a Football Coach, before his creative side blossomed him into the filmmaker he is today.
In 2015, he started coaching at his former high school Clinton High School. Where he coached current NFL star Cam Akers, and other top players in the ‘16 class such as Jacobi Heard and LaMarquez Thomas. After one season at Clinton Arrows, Adonis accepted a position as the Defensive Back coach at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. for two seasons.
Adonis has always had a passion for entertainment and being a creator. He jumped in the entertainment business in ‘18 where he did background roles to learn the business of the industry. Adonis has some commercial work with Gatorade, Coldwell Banker, Disney Plus, and more. Adonis stars in films and new media such as “The Interns”, “I Had To”, “Blue”, and “Other Friends”. He also help produce films as well “Skandalouz”, “Deadly Thoughts”, and “Coke Boys” where he received awards for Best Drama, Best Short Film, Best Debut Filmmaker and Best Production.
Adonis has played a key role in organizing and participating in public speaking engagements, where he’s shared his insights with leaders across business, politics, and entertainment. Partnering with the political organization OFA CA for Kamala, he helped launch events for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign in both Beverly Hills and Leimert Park. In 2024, he founded the Future Leaders of America Forum, an event designed to ignite meaningful conversations around social change within our communities. That same year, Adonis was invited to speak on a panel for the documentary Respect My Crown: The Rise of African American Women in California Politics.

Omar Cook is a 31x award winning filmmaker and actor born in Riverside, California. Omar graduated from Southern University in Mass Communication where he also played football. His collegiate career landed him an opportunity to play professional football where he played 4 seasons in the Indoor Football League. Omar began his journey into entertainment doing stunts as a motion capture actor with the Madden Video Game Series earning credits in Madden ’18, ’19, ’20, ’21, ’22, ’23, & ‘24. This led to further opportunities doing sports stunts in Hollywood for shows such as Ballers for HBO and All American on The CW, and Colin in Black & White on Netflix. He is most known for his work on The CW series “All American” for his role as “Troy”, a South Crenshaw high school football player as well as doing football stunt work and doubling for the characters “Jabari Long” and “Cameron” appearing in 30+ episodes over 5 seasons.
Omar has built a successful career in entertainment working on multiple movies, short films, major network TV shows, and video games including supporting roles in feature films God of Dreams, Expunged: Test Case, The 4 Points, Fortunate Son, and Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story. He also directed and starred in the award winning feature film, LA Undercover, starred and produced the movie, Sounds of the Streets, as well as four multi award winning short films, which collectively racked up 31 awards including multiple debut filmmaker awards, Best Actor, Best short film awards and more.
Aside from acting, Omar has established himself as an entrepreneur. In 2018, he created the media platform 247LiveCulture.com, a platform dedicated towards pushing Black culture in the right direction. He also co-founded Highest Level Academy, a non-profit organization helping to get student athletes college ready athletically and academically.
