Long Beach rapper Westside Webb is solidifying himself as a force in West Coast hip-hop, with the release of his latest project Player Games Pt. 2. Webb dropped the 11 song project at the beginning of January 2023.

Player Games Pt. 2. features some dope tracks including “Newport Beach”, “Visions” and “Late Night Cruisin’”. Westside Webb gives a vibe that’s motivating for anyone to get up and get paid.

“It’s so much music out there that’s negative. Shxt be hard though, It be fire. I feel like I got a job to preach different sht you feel me. It’s different things you can do. You an go get you some money. You can get you a business.” Westside Webb said on BoomBox Weekly. “That’s the shxt I talk about, that I wanna talk preach, versus nxggas going to do some shit that can get them life in prison.”

Westside Webb originally got into music. by producing beats for other artists and it wasn't until his homie Polyester the Saint encouraged him to rap, did he get behind the mic. His other projects include Webbie World and Caught In the Webb, and he’s already working on the next one.

“I got a new project coming out. It’s called Sound Like It Look. It’s seven songs, straight player sh*t still. Really just popping that sh*t. Talking that sht bro, talking that sht, that’s gonna make a n*gga wanna elevate, get up in the morning like you said and get them some morning. Do something positive.” Westside Webb said on BoomBox Weekly.
