Explore the bold fashion trend of wearing sunglasses at night, a style that adds mystery and glamour to any evening ensemble. We discuss it here!

Sunglasses at night and in the daytime? Is it the new fashion trend that makes us set new standards?

The mysterious allure of wearing sunglasses at night elevates a fashion trend to new heights. More and more individuals are now incorporating sunglasses into their outfits for a nice dinner, a club/bar outing with friends, or even a special event. This trend is setting the bar high, allowing you to add a new tone to your ensemble.

Rihanna is the epitome of wearing sunglasses at night, embodying the "I do what I want when I'm poppin'" attitude. She continually creates a scene and reinforces her status as a trendsetter. As we embrace this trend, let's remember that if Rihanna can do it, so can we.

When you wear sunglasses, the most important thing is confidence. You want to wear the accessories and not let the accessories wear you. You are the moment. You are IT.

Adding Sunglasses to Your Nighttime Wardrobe

  • Versatility: Sunglasses are no longer just for sunny days. They can be a versatile accessory that adds a touch of mystery and glamour to your nighttime look.

  • Confidence Booster: Wearing sunglasses at night exudes confidence. It’s a bold move that says you’re not afraid to stand out and make a statement.

  • Celebrity Inspiration: Take cues from celebrities like Beyoncé and Rihanna. They effortlessly incorporate sunglasses into their nighttime outfits, setting trends and turning heads.

Tips for Rocking Sunglasses at Night

  1. Choose the Right Pair: Opt for sunglasses that complement your face shape and outfit. Classic styles like aviators or cat-eye frames are always a good choice.

  2. Match Your Outfit: Coordinate your sunglasses with your outfit to ensure a cohesive look. They should enhance your ensemble, not clash with it.

  3. Own Your Look: The key to pulling off sunglasses at night is confidence. Wear them with pride and let your personality shine through.

  4. Know When to Take Them Off: While sunglasses can elevate your look, be mindful of the setting. It's okay to take them off indoors or in dimly lit areas.

So go ahead, channel your inner Beyoncé or Rihanna, and let your light shine with your fabulous nighttime sunglasses. Remember, you are the moment, and with the right pair of sunglasses, you are IT.

Top 3 Celebrity Looks From Paris Fashion Week

Paris Fashion Week seamlessly took place, casually knocking the boots off everyone’s feet. Check out our top 3 celebrity looks from Paris Fashion Week. We discuss it here!

Paris Fashion Week seamlessly took place, casually knocking the boots off everyone’s feet. Let’s just slay, black people have set the world record as THEE fashion icons. I also say that with so much pun intended. As we start to navigate what took place in Paris, I want y’all to reminisce on 'Ni**as in Paris' as the anthem for this Fashion Week debut. Let’s get into it!

Zendaya has been silenced for some time now, but one thing our girl is going to do is pop out and off. Our Disney princess is now the Essence queen! Matching her elegance, she showcased the most dramatic black skirt with the extensive train to match. Pairing it with a black turtleneck top with the illusion of an extension of fabric studs from the shoulders to the wrists, tucked into a glossy inky-black column skirt. The skirt also had a slit that was just enough for everyone to catch their breath. The draping detail gave us very much what we needed. Adding the stiletto pumps was the magic touch to her combination. Also, let’s not get confused; the hair was just the icing on the cake. Please give Zendaya tens immediately across the board!

Rihanna. Rihanna. Rihanna. Some may have hated her outfit, but I absolutely loved it. Rihanna can do zero wrongs in my eyes. Her puffer jacket gave an eloquent scrunch by the use of a belt to the front, signaling that we all need to start wearing our jackets as such. 'I saw Rihanna wear a puffer jacket with an eloquent scrunch, so I wore a puffer jacket with an eloquent scrunch.' This all-black Dior ensemble was just a classic plus for Bad Gal Riri. Also, it wouldn’t be Rihanna if she didn't add the edge. The baseball cap and gloves were the perfect Rihanna spin!

You know who’s going to take us out of the box and leave us there? Erykah Badu! Suede jacket, massive hat, the bangles, oh my gosh, the bangles! At Rick Owens' show, she attended wearing a truly innovative take on the so-called ugly shoe. Please, she is the fashion trend!

There is a bunch more that I can go down a rabbit hole about, but I will just leave it to say, sisters, we did not miss any marks for Paris Fashion Week. This was needed. We love it. Continue to give fashion the uproar most. Good day!
